All releases are formulated as Extrait de Parfum, composed at high oil concentrations for depth, texture, and longevity.
Each fragrance is built to evolve on skin
How long do they last?
On skin: typically 6–10 hours, depending on skin chemistry and environment.
On fabric: significantly longer.
Some compositions are intimate by design. Others unfold with greater diffusion. Performance is intentional to the character of each work.
Are your fragrances gendered?
No.

Will batches smell identical?
Minor variations may occur.
We work with natural materials, tinctures, and small-batch components. Subtle shifts are part of artisanal perfumery and do not alter the identity of the fragrance.
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
All compositions adhere to IFRA guidelines.
However, fine fragrance contains naturally occurring allergens. If you have sensitivities, we recommend patch testing before full wear.
How should I store my bottle?
Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Proper storage preserves the integrity of the composition.

What is a limited allocation?
certain releases are produced in small quantities. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.
Limited allocations allow for material integrity and controlled production.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders secure your bottle before public release.
Production begins once allocation closes. Estimated dispatch timelines are clearly stated at checkout.
Pre-order clients receive priority shipping.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be modified.
Do you offer samples?
Sample availability varies by release.
For select launches, early clients may receive unreleased samples as part of their allocation. Availability is announced via Instagram and newsletter.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Support
Can I return my fragrance?
Due to hygiene standards, returns are not accepted on opened bottles.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
